Prospect Woods, formerly Quail Ridge II, was incorporated in the mid ‘80s and completed in 1987. Our complex is situated on 12 acres surrounded by land that cannot be further developed: to the east is a 341-acre wetlands owned by the State of Connecticut and to the south is another tract of non-developable wetlands. We are adjacent to the Rail Trail with a 2.3-mile walking path with its own open space.
